i have use MOPAY to buy points 2times and the both of this trays r in the air nothing happend and credits taken and no points
and it recorded in MOPAY that i have pay but with no action or any products + i contact them and there is no replay at all
as u can see guys no product or any action

sorry bro, those transaction are gone. it happens to me 2 weeks ago. they are stupid giving 1 voucher code while their systems asking for 2 codes using the voucher they have given to you. I have also given a snapshot of it, and they were like "duh"... its a rip off. they don't give it back.
Did you submit the ticket in service Center? Please submit ticket with Full details and transaction ID
