Spam the facebook wall, spam ticket support.  Spam spam spam them until they respond.  They are there, I got an email this morning from them so keep at it, everyone needs to do this!  

Everyone on the US server stop looking at octopus porn and get IGG's attention!

If you have spent money on buying MP within the past 30 days, submit a dispute to the financial institution you used to buy the MP. Your dispute would be for paying for services not received. If IGG was knowingly collecting money with plans to suddenly end the game, that is illegal and it is called fraud...the purchasing MP option should have been removed at least 30 days prior to the end of game date. And in the US, they have to refund the money owed or they could be subject to federal govt investigation into loads of illegal activities, to include fraud, wire fraud, international wire fraud, etc etc.

They dont and  most likely wont say.. They shut down a few severs and people lost tons of money on this gsme. Well peoples fault for spending more than 20$ to 50$ a month on any game and a game that has had very little change since it started. Devines- ships-weapons and such is nothing more than a cash grab. Nothing that would let people do more with out wasting cash all the time. Some cash is needed to maintain server but not alot. and alittle profit fine as long as they keep server going and with the amount of cash they gotten this game shoyuld be up for decades..But as with any greedy people they waste profits and than want more ?? stop wasting and spending on any online game beyond say 20ish dollars  to help keep server up and if you spend more thats up to you..

I can understand those who are disappointed in the technical support of the game. However, you should understand that this does not have a large commercial direction, so small disruptions are normal. I stopped paying attention to it and just start play da vinci diamonds free slot. This allows me to make good use of technical failure time.
